Join us for six progressive weeks of adjusting to a new thinner lifestyle. Incorporating elements of a Lower Carb eating strategy with intermittent fasting, we take it one step at a time making the impossible, not only possible but successful and enjoyable. You’ll learn the science behind the system, create an individual plan for success and benefit from group hypnosis sessions making it all well, a piece of cake. We’ll deal with some of the common issues such as emotional eating, cravings and compulsive eating. Registration is required. Space is limited.
